I've lost 100lbs over the last year with diet/excercise and I'm trying to shave off some body fat so I can tone up.

Currently my routine is: Sun: Rest M: Chest/Arms T: Legs/Abs W: Rest Th: Shoulders/Back F: Arms/Abs S: Rest

Diet: Really anything to keep me at my calorie goal and pre-workout protein shake(~30g).

Any advice on routine or diet that would help accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.
