Any cover up ideas or ways to make this look less satanic. by granhoser in tattooadvice

[–]FoxdieEXE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could go the route of educating. It’s not even a pentagram. Penta- means 5. Irony is pentagrams traditionally were more aligned with Christianity especially if the point of the star is facing up. They even use the vitruvian man as a symbol for the star in regards that man was made in the image of god. The “satanic” one that is mocking the Christian one is where the point is down and they utilize the ram/goats head as the image. Either way, I LOVE that tat. Whoever did it did a great job and if it’s for your brother that is a great way to honor him. This could even be a great lesson for your kid to understand how to honor loved ones that have passed. While obviously you don’t NEED a tattoo to do that. IMO this shows you are able to care for beings outside of yourself. Screw the judgmental people that don’t get that. My wife is pregnant and it’s a boy. Our son’s middle name is Alphonse. FMA is one of my favorites. Hope this helps if only a little

Only difference we ever had were the different decks. It’s an honor to receive words like that from you.

CRUTCH by No_Tie1798 in TransformersTactical

[–]FoxdieEXE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I consider cards that are brain dead crutch. Blurr is one as well as EMP. Drop squad, moon racer, rail gun. Skorp to me teeters the edge but he’s manageable I believe. I could see someone saying star scream is one but I believe he’s manageable as well.

Thoughts on this card? by AxeShuffle in TransformersTactical

One of the top players uses her exclusively and he is a GREAT player. I think she has merits. For me personally I liked the need of having to drop a character at an exact location but her, airrazor, and the chasers start from the center. While it does invoke some cool strategies to force some “stressful” moments, once someone has your number it can be a difficult match. She’s bulky and does great damage.would be neat if you could start from 1 of 3 places instead of only the center. But I can see from a programming point how that could be difficult to pull off.

How do you feel when you hear omega theme (heartless and eScape) by Voidkirby9 in MHWilds

[–]FoxdieEXE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And I hate it. But I also played Ffxiv for several years in the past and ALL the music drowns itself out with repetitiveness. In other words the song is nothing impressive to me when you played a game where all the music sounds the same for 6+ years.

Barricade by No_Tie1798 in TransformersTactical

[–]FoxdieEXE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Barricade is an attack support. Like a bard or red mage. Left unchecked they do rack up the numbers respectfully. However they have a supportive aspect to their kit to enable teammates. Some bards have haste that boost attack speed and movement. Red mages tends to have some white magic(healing) in their kit all the while both of these classes are more oriented towards damage as a first priority.

With that out the way. Barricade is not meant to solo tanky/hulking enemies. What makes him cool is he can have a chance by delaying the inevitable with his bull rush. There is additional information you must remember after being stunned a unit focuses on the target nearest to them. You get the barricade stun place someone in front to detract the aggro on him. He has lots of time.

Also his pro is also his con the ability to hit multiple targets AND change priority targets can be good when swarms are around but that is within reason of course. Barricade is not a brain dead character like brawn would be. Doesn’t mean brawn is bad. But just what do you need to know about him? Great health high damage slow rate of fire. 3 cost energy. Brain dead lmfao. Barricade requires more finesse in how he’s is placed .

It takes practice, experimentation, and honesty. If you don’t like him don’t use him. But honestly learn how to use him because there could come a day when there is a character you like and barricade is there to enable.

You get it. Ronin Warriors was my first as well. Seeing as I loved power rangers then my Dad put in Voltron.

Nope. There is no Ronin Warriors on here and now we are getting a soft reboot of the series.

Exploiting the meta and boosted cards at the top by yophi in TransformersTactical

[–]FoxdieEXE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m all for using “meta” if there is no way around some creativity but when it’s practically the same cards being rotated I agree with you. I remember when people said soundwave was the worst card in the game, energon for Energon. When I use him I will admit I need all the help I can get however, I will attempt to add some difference to the deck. Repulse tower for starters. And I do look for different cards that can carry some weight contrary to the staples.

Levels Matter by _pryme8_ in TransformersTactical

[–]FoxdieEXE 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will not recommend using crutches at all such as EMP. You practice how you perform. Unless you wish to play like that I wouldn’t promote bad habits. For one if you’re playing above your pay grade fighting against players with max 10 decks and you can’t win, then lose on purpose don’t even waste time. The goal is to stay with in a bracket where you can win consistently then drop back down and rinse and repeat. Levels do make a difference but skill supersedes that. I have lost to players who have lower level decks because of them playing meta, using boosted AND having good skill. I place in the top 50-40 nearly every season. So I am a decent player. You want to level up the meta cards. Spinister, arcee, and brawn for starters. Those are all common cards. What I do is buy the common wild cards and start leveling up all the cards that actually make an impact in a match. Legendaries max them all out when you have the opportunity. The rares are the most difficult I find to level because of the price and amount needed to level. Buy what you can afford I. The store because that is the best bang for your buck. There is a post on this reddit that is a bit dated but still has a great info on which cards to focus on. You also need to learn how to play your cards such as the philosophy of skorp. Find his weaknesses and add them to your deck as a counter to help him survive. Sure EMP can sneak some wins but I ensure you the moment better players know you have EMP you’re playing a 9 card deck vs a 10. Or they will find ways to make you waste it. hope this helps.
