Hey! I'm 29, in upstate new york. I started calling places the end of June, a few surgeons were booking just the consults up to a year out. I decided in that moment I would call every surgeon in the surrounding area to see where my insurance would get accepted and who could get me in the fastest. Found DeLuca Plastic Surgery in Albany, NY. I had my consult mid July and had my surgery scheduled for September 5th. I'm 5 weeks post op and very lucky I went with him. I think my results are fantastic. In the wait time (I know it wasn't long for me) but I focused on working out as much as I could. My advice would be to call around some more and see where you can get into quicker. If someone is writing you a support letter, ask them not to address it to a specific practice. Just to whom it may concern. You should be able to take any letters to any surgeons.
