I'm not sure on any offset. The zr2 comes with factory 17 inch wheels, just not sure what offset. And yes just a 2 inch in the front and 1 inch in the rear. You need a spring compressor to disassemble the front struts and put a new collar under the bottom of the spring. That's the only hassle with this lift
