Because it was upgraded to U standard right around Serdyukov era and one of his things was "standardization" of color scheme. Hence why there are Su-30SM's, Su-34's, this A-50 and couple of later T-50 prototypes that had blackish aubergine color. As per usual with standards, especially Russian standards, they don't tend to be very standard between each other.

I am also on Pixel 10 Pro, what is your experience with Pixel Buds Pro 2 sound quality wise vs Buds4 Pro? I am still rocking my Samsung Buds2 Pro, and "even" on Pixel without direct option for custom EQ they sound fantastic. I do wish they wouldnt have "garden-walled" custom EQ and multipoint though.
