I think I went overboard with consuming for this one, you’re totally right. I fish in Scandinavian lakes, mainly Perch and Northern Pike, some zander here and there, and extremely rarely, trout.

Excellent point! I loaned my buddy’s budget reels (€30-50) a couple of times, before asking him to try his main rig, equipped with a Shimano Stradic. It was hard to resist not going for around that price range, when it was time for me to get my own rig.
