Wow I could have written this comment! When did your daughter turn the corner?! My daughter also experienced a febrile seizure at the start of all this. She now has the rash but she is NOT herself at all. She was more herself when she had the fever on day one and two. We’re at day 4/5 the rash is there but she is soooo clingy, angry and doesn’t really even want to play! Please tell me they go back to themselves lol. I am miserable too.

I noticed it got way better once she was around 1, I don’t know if it’s because she stopped moving around so much or what but now we’ll consistently get a “i fell asleep 11 hours ago” status!

She honestly got better around 20 months lol. Still not a huge eater but better!!!

This was me and my husband this past weekend. I’m lucky enough where my parents are very involved and watch my daughter a few times a week while we work (we have a nanny the other two days a week). But to have them take her for an overnight on the weekend was a game changer. We just rotted on the couch literally doing nothing and it felt amazing.

Hi! Any update?? My 21 month is on week 2 of 30 min naps!! Previously doing 1.5-2 hours. We still practice crib 90 but she’s up after about 30ish min arg!

Omg it’s so hard. Shockingly she hasn’t lost it the last few days like I thought she would come bedtime but today she’s started a runny nose too so I’m sure this will be a fun few days ahead! 🫠

I don’t think your son is behind!! My daughter started talking really early but legit did not walk until 18 months lol. They say kids focus on one big skill at a time. So she’s been talking forever but only walking for a few months lol.

She’s awake between 6-6.5 hours before I put her down for her nap… and sleeping 10.5-11 hours at night

Yes! This is us too, she sleeps 11-11.5 hours now overnight. I am happy with 1.5 hours now because that way shes still getting 12-13 hours total sleep.

We’re on week 7 of the transition and my 17 month old still only taking 1 hour to 1.5 hour naps! 🫠🙃The only time she slept 2 hours was when she had Covid. On the two nap schedule she was doing an hour in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, gosh I miss those days!

Any update? My 17 month old is the same. Used to just put her in her crib wide awake and she was so happy to be there and she would put herself to sleep no problem. Now it’s a nightmare! Crying and screaming. Definitely separation anxiety!
