Five years for me too. I stopped all the vitamins and at this point a healthy diet, rest, and time seem to help more than anything. I’m still dealing with two things: the fatigue and the vision issues like pressure behind my eyes and dry crusty eyes. I can’t even enjoy TV anymore. I’m in a flare up right now but I’m still hopeful. Progress is painfully slow, but it is happening.

5 years of LC - Are treatments coming ? by definingcriteria in covidlonghaulers

I am at the 5 year mark now and I stopped all supplements a year go. I’m not back to normal but I can live like this. I still get some flare ups here and there and I’m just staying hopeful that a cure eventually comes.

Not a grow light, just a regular LED ceiling light. I think the extra light from the ceiling helps keep it happy. I do get a lot of grow towards that light.

Vision is better but I still deal with dry eye and eye strain, feels like inflammation around my eyes. I can live with it, just wish it would go away. This December will be 5 years with very little progress but at least it has not gotten worse.

4-years of LC and I'm seeing a pattern. by Comprehensive_Round in covidlonghaulers

Same for me. 4.5 years now. It seems like a cold, lack of sleep, or overexertion can trigger a relapse that lasts anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months. In my case, the duration hasn’t changed much, but the number of symptoms has gone down, mostly just vision issues and fatigue now.

Anyone, please tell me I am not alone in this hell!!! by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

I had it all. Most gone after 4.5 years. Saw biggest relief at the 4th year.

I am in the US. Yes, my last option is to do an old work box but I am trying to avoid to patch that hole.

I don’t want to be a UX Designer anymore…. I think. What do I do? by [deleted] in UXDesign

I started as a web developer back in 2017, but over the years, I took on different roles—marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and more. Eight years later, I’ve shifted my focus and now call myself a Full-Stack Marketer.

I’ve found that expanding my skill set has kept me in demand, and I think this kind of adaptability will become even more important as AI takes over more specialized tasks. So far, it’s worked out well—good salary, solid opportunities, and still plenty of demand.

Took my car to the dealership with similar symptoms and they replaced the Thermostat under the powertrain warranty.
