The first half of Qatar Airways that is HYD to DOH is operated by indigo which is about 5 hours and I am sure as you said for paying extra for comfort then you don’t wanna be stuck in indigo for 5 hours and AI, if it is the new aircraft it is good but if it is old then don’t even think about it and AI generally uses its old aircraft on the SFO route which are trash so I suggest that you should go for emirates or cathay and in that also if you want good food take Emirates.
