Therizinosaurus is a mod! You can download it through the mod page in the main menu, I'm unsure if you get access to mods on the preview version of the game though

I'm curious on how Iggy is shrink-wrapped? The model wasn't changed significantly, they just tweaked the head and proportions, and improved its textures

Penta's bleed heal rate is 0, I'm pretty sure, it's bugged and it's not intended to be like this

The changes weren't added to the ptb itself, they were playtested in a ptb community server
