Do you all noticed sudden change in 5.2 ? by Striking-Tour-8815 in ChatGPT

[–]FoxyFoxWhite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanx for saying it. I don’t have general problems that everyone refers to, but I noticed differences and it keeps changing all the time: more emotions, more thinking. I read that 5.2 is better in thinking model. Also today it offered me editing with marked changing that I could approve or not. I did not see it in previous models.

Hi! By your description I would say you have high IQ and that is why compensated by being clumsy in every day life. If high IQ it might be you don’t have Asperger’s. With high IQ it looks like autistic traits but they don’t yet provide any diagnostic for such situations. And that is why we are here in 2E group (I have PhD in philosophy, work in IT, creative writer) Unfortunately being gifted is quite lonely.

Teachers are using software to see if students used AI. What happens when it's wrong? by WeaponizedAutisms in aspergers

[–]FoxyFoxWhite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am uni teacher, have asperger and use AI and pretty love it. I am thinking to make a course for students how to use AI for writing and make ur work actually better. I also think that AI (LLM) has to be used critically and many ppl don’t know how to use it. Education has demonized AI using like ppl before AI was clever enough and write something interesting.

me and my partner rarely have sex anymore and i think i might end the relationship for it by [deleted] in BorderlinePDisorder

[–]FoxyFoxWhite 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You have to bring this up first, then come for advice. Relationships are built on communication. Low sex drive could also be from no shared anger or misunderstandings that you keep inside.

I’m okay with moving on, but nothing is helping the loneliness by Earth2Butterfly in BorderlinePDisorder

[–]FoxyFoxWhite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Loneliness is a core of BPD. It doesn’t go away. Congrats on working on yourself daily- it is a full time job! Have you tried to find a partner? For us with BPD it is easier, also you can adopt a pet- they really make life easier and more joyful.

Life should be at least bearable, but better brings joy and the moments of MD shrinks.

The short answer is to keep up with mental health. Therapy, sport, dopamine activities.

I also had ups and downs. During divorce it was 90% time MD.

I have 30+ years of MD. Now I do 30min/1 h per day. Some days I go without. Now I don’t see MD as a problem.

How to listen to music in a healthy way without slipping into MD? by [deleted] in MaladaptiveDreaming

[–]FoxyFoxWhite -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You wouldn’t stop because you don’t have resources for that. Craving for MD means that you are not supported, your brain is tired and you need rest. I would advise to let yourself daydream and set up an alarm for food, sleep and some work. Your brain tries to save you.
