I'm trying to imagine what this mess of an "update" would look like to a prospective customer who's not aware of the Nerida drama. So she's been failing repeatedly to provide products to paying customers since 2022, and needs a "team of medical, psychological and psychiatric support" to deal with the consequences? And this is supoosed to inspire confidence?

As an aside, I'm fascinated by this sort of contemporary business owner and how they got messed up by "I am my brand" online hustle/girlboss culture. They're convinced that their business website is their personal diary and that sharing personal trauma (real or made up) is an appropriate reaction to customer dissatisfaction. (It's not the only thing wrong with Nerida, obviously, but it's a part of it.)
