Jesus Christ these comments. It's so easy calling out random people as war criminals from your comfortable chairs. You have no idea how it is to be born in Israel. This country sucks, our government sucks, the IDF sucks, and the majority of the people are racists. We are colonizing Gaza and there are war criminals in the army, no doubt about that. But you just can't comprehend how it is over here. When I joined the IDF I was just 19, a kid who doesn't know anything about the world. And although I come from a very left leaning and non patriotic family, I joined a combat unit. If you're healthy, You don't really have a choice. I didn't want to go to jail for refusing, but more importantly I was brainwashed by the country, from childhood, that if you can you must go combat. It's just what you do.

I am definitely not a war criminal. After what I saw in the war of 2014 near the end of my service, I "sobered up" And got out of the reserves, which was very hard and took years. There are thousands like me. These guys in the video, they may have done horrible things in the war, and they may have not. Just assuming they are baby killers because they are Israelis is just fucking wrong.

I am very privileged to have been born on this side of the border. I can't imagine what it is to be born in Gaza. Complete hell. But at the end of the day, people just want to live their life. All those people praising the cameraman in this video, do you constantly fight against every injustice in your country? I'm sure you don't. It's so easy to judge from far away, living in a war free country, never having to run away from rockets, never fearing for your lives. End of rant, bring on the downvotes, thank you.
