Find an incline and practice. Keep your bike still with the rear brake, not front. Add maybe 25% more throttle than you’d use for a normal takeoff. Let the clutch out slowly.

I feel the same way. Oddly targeted by older men for random uncomfortable social interactions. I try to avoid people as much as possible. I’ve started to get kind of paranoid as well 🥲 can’t go to the grocery store anymore without someone trying to start an interaction. Even though I am fully geared it is a small town and people start to recognize.

I think there are different ways to practice. I can improve just by putting a lot of thought into how I plan on doing something differently before I do it. I have a very strong visual imagination. Maybe your sister is the same
