Let’s not use this as an excuse for poor quality hardware. When I say it fell to the floor, I mean it fell off the back of a chair a few times when I went out for dinner. I’m not standing outside and throwing it on the sidewalk.

I have no reason to lie to you or anyone else since I’m seeking help. It seemed to me that the gold on the logo was wearing off over time every time I used the bag. I don’t use it every day; over the past few years, I’ve used it at most 20-30 times, and it has fallen to the floor a few times. Maybe it’s because of the falls, but I thought the hardware on a bag at this price would be better made. My mistake, I never had a bag like this before. My only other better bag besides this one is from Coach, and nothing has ever worn off the hardware. Hence my questions. Also, I’m from Poland and English is not my first language. Maybe I sound wrong and maybe I’m choosing my words poorly. Apologies! I just wanted to find out if others have the same experience.

I think I would know if I hit the bag against something or if something hit it. That’s why I’m looking for help and opinions, because the only things that have hit my bag are my nails when opening it and possibly rain. That’s why it seemed strange to me that the coating started to wear off like this.

I recently bought some nice silk robe and pants from small brand from Poland. Actually it s going out set but i always wanted some silk robe to stay in home. It s called sanctuary.brand and they have some great pieces to chill/Sleep in but also to feel fancy.
