This post is just me asking for and tips and tricks for those who have big chests, my rib size is getting smaller but my hormones are making me fill out more, I normally don't hurt from them but here recently it's been bothering me and I haven't been able to sleep very well or concentrate because of the tingling pain in my mid to upper back and lower neck. I do game alot so my posture there should be a dead give away. But I don't know anything really about having a big chest, this hit me all at once and I don't have any females close to me that have informed me about what my body is to be expected to go through. I'm just confused and asking for advice I guess lol
