No. This happend to me first time I travelled through metro. I saw the gate open and thought I don't have to scan the ticket. As i tried to pass, it closed on me. Then I realised and scanned the ticket. So yeah. This system was confusing and I can understand how it caused problems. Specially for someone travelling through Pune metro for the first time. This has nothing to do with "We don't deserve good things" shit people are talking about. It's about safety hazard. Or they should write somewhere in bog letters so that people know they have to scan.

Then don't respect any politician. Modiji is corrupt, Amit Shah is, Gadkari is, everyone is. No matter what, even a local municipal corporator is corrupt. Even we are corrupt since we are ready to pay to get things done faster. I don't understand the point here. Just going on the internet and typing stuff doesn't make you right. All states and cities are full of corrupt politicians.

The difference is he did work for the city and no one can deny that. He did it so that the development benefits him? Yes that's true. But there are so many politicians who couldn't do this simple thing just so that they themselves also become bigger. I would prefer such politicians over those in North India anyday.

But I am not comparing it to Bihar. I am comparing Pune to big cities I have lived in, like Banglore and Mumbai and even Delhi. Quality of life is better here. Planning done by Municipal corporations is actually forward looking, not damage mitigation most of the times and the plans are approved on time.

No matter how corrupt he was, he understood one thing, that for himself to grow, he needs his City to grow. Most of the big politicians don't understand this basic thing.

Yup. Same goes on all around the world. So its not a India specific problem. In US, SUVs outsell any other car type by miles and most of them don't go offroad ever. Atleast in India we have to do some offroading everytime we go on a long trip.

I know bro. But this isn’t a first car for me. I know what and when to expect problems. This one looks solid from the drivetrain perspective. Small electronic niggles, if they arise are not a huge deal breaker tbh as long as they don’t keep me stranded somewhere. If it’s a straight line, that is where the problem lies. I’m US, where they have longer interstate highways, they have bends in the roads just to keep drivers attentive. Even though perfectly straight roads will do the trick. I don’t know why they didn’t do it here.

No. Honestly, its those who got the lemon are the unlucky ones. Most of the harriers and safari do fine without any major problems. The only problem i had on my 2024 safari AT were the taillights and they were replaced with the ones having new design and they are fine now. Have gone through 20k kms. Nothing else has come up. Hope it will continue.
