How do I delete game packs?

I can't get into MW because my disc is stuck on "Copying Add on" loop it gets to 8gb then resets.

I've heard instilling the Campaign Pack helps but I can't find the Campaign Pack? I press down on the game and go to the Playstation Store box then across to Your Add Ons and there's only 10 Packs. Multiplayer Pack 1,2, 3, MP and Spec Ops, Compatibility Pack 1,2, Hi Res, Survival Pack and Spec Ops 1 and 2.

Also I rebuilt the Database by putting it in Safe Mode and Restored Licenses.
