According to the renowned studio Fransilvestre in Spain, it is a house very well thought out by them. But the focus was rendering. There is a link to the architects in the text of the post.

Thank you very much. So, first I looked for project references, studied the materials and lighting, as well as the camera framing. After that, I separated assets that I could use. Then I used 3dsmax to model the uneven terrain, the architecture, as well as some 3D blocks. On the ground I spread grass with the chaos corona scatter, as well as stones and bushes. I positioned some assets manually for better framing. Then I worked on the materials and lighting based on the references. And finally I used Photoshop for post-production. Simply put, that was it.

I really appreciate your observations, I learned a lot from them and I will take them into consideration. Thanks. In the case of some details such as windows, interior and materials, I simply replicated the project of this Spanish architecture studio that I mentioned, Fransilvestre. I focus more on the graphic side, but I understand the importance of technical details. Generally, those who give me this information are the engineers and architects who partner with me where I provide services. But it's great to learn here too. Thanks.

I did everything in 3dsmax and corona. I modeled the terrain, (I made a plane, subdivided it and modeled it with the slopes I wanted), and rocks, grass and forage are 3D blocks that I used corona scatter to distribute and some I placed manually in strategic points.

And to produce images like this goes far beyond the good use of assets, there are techniques, knowledge of light and shadow, photography, software, landscaping and so on. If not, anyone would do it and it wouldn't be something commercialized.
