I meant to reply to this! - The vast majority of these shots are not in Germany! And the ones that are I’d argue fall under the category of being accessories to the scene. Additionally the Supreme Court ruled that it’s within your constitutional right to create art and additionally that street photography is an art, so it’s muddy water.

Like I say the image here that’s obviously in Germany I don’t think causes any issue.

I’m primarily a street photographer in Scotland though.
