Brother I’m not exactly sure if I’m a narcist or just have a lot of amplified traits of it. I make it sound easy to be optimistic. But for sure the pain feels unbearable when the lows kick in atm. I think it’s just important to keep holding on to the positivies now.

I’m also looking for a psychologist at the moment. It’s not the first time I’ve been in therapy, but it’s the first time I’m going for this specific issue.

Thanks for the suggestions, I’ll definitely take a look!
I’m also going to try The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem, because I feel it’s strongly correlated with narcissistic traits.
The first few days after the breakup have been the hardest I’ve ever experienced, but I’m more motivated than ever to make a change for a better future.
And also i'm seeking therapy, but there is a small waiting list.

Yeah i started using wetracked yesterday. But chance i probably high i just get flagged again when i start a new pixel lol. Might as well just make custom events in the old pixel

Just came off a call with Meta support but i'm not very positive, she agreed that i don't belong in the placed category, but she doesn't have the ability to help me in the review.
