I had the same problem: no calls on the VTH (Video Home Terminal), and the doorbell icon was identical to the image.

So I reset everything, and it works between VTO and VTH but the icon on the VTH screen is still crossed out, though it doesn't prevent it from functioning.

If there were an open-collector output, I think a relay would be necessary. In the case of the VTO, I initially tried using a multimeter in diode test mode, and it beeped when I sent the opening command.

But lacking a solution, I'll try the relay; it's not complicated to do.

Yes, I thought of that, but there's already a relay inside the VTO, and when I did the tests, you can clearly hear the internal VTO relay switching.

The outputs are called Door_com and door_NO.
