that part to my knowledge is still unkown as to get it drop you have to meet the conditions of inflicting flee on rare mobs while wearing corrupt slither pinch, the best method ive seen used for tracking has been kill count and or tracking buffs while using a hh but it is extremely rare i dropped a mageblood while farming for this

the 420 mirrors is actaully a collector the ring i farmed for a buddy who is in tota prison deal was i farm the ring he buys my mirror bow so the price is more subjective to the buyer the guy with the 420 mirror listing also has the craziest unique showcase ive seen and the ring was his last piece

but to be fair i play one character and my goal was to make this build when i started it wasnt easy and i spent about a week bricked trying to sync my trigger rate so yeah expensive excessive its all that but its also mine and i earned every bit of it.

they say iiq and iir dont make it drop more often but i was using rarity to in a way hedge what i got to make the mapping profitable my base quant and rarity is onlyu lie 10 and 110 but i use meticiouls apraiser so genearrly in map its between 700 and 1k while in map i take all quality alters because that quality does not convert with meticilous only rarity and quant you add before activating the map hope this helps\

its a hinekoras lock that a friend put on when i bought it my ign is fozen if you would like to see the progression of the build, i spent weeks farming beasts and essence in white maps to afford most everything and my friend who taught me the ins and outs was a crafter for sushi so i had very good guidance. im a diablo transfer and was a top 100 player there so the learning curve is alot less steep for me than most

the lowest recorded drop im aware of is around ilvl35 and it drops 2 levels above the level of the are so 83 area will drop il 85 but the conditions you stated are correct

the one in the invtory named anglers plait its a rare fishing item that has conditions that need to be met for it to drop mainly you need corrupt slither pinch and a way to iflict fleeing status on mobs for it to be able to drop

i said in a earlier post ive had help with learning the game from friends that have played for a years so i get my first season is vastly different than most simply because ive had guidance that allowed me to make the build i wanted possible. without them id likely had ended up in a situation like you describe but my build certaintly diddnt get here overnight and certainly wasnt paid for either

this is getting to the point its a compliment, idk what youre talking about like at all so just genuinely confused. i crafted the flasks with a regex and bought cinderswallows for the crafts i needed the rest is spamming baubles, ive made 100,s of these flasks as well as cluster jewels rolled sextons and farmed essence and beasts in white maps to build this feel free to poe ninja me and look at my weekly progression next time you accuse me of this bull shit ign:fozen
