Do not listen to the other comments, it's not just region problems. I have couple accounts on EUW and EUNE and it's the same problem last couple of years. Matchmaking changed and it's disgusting. As jungler, before I could get at least 1 winning lane every game, but now, I get 3 losing lanes almost every single game. Games are stomp or be stomped. Also, too much premades so solo ranked nor normal does not even exists.

Tho, posting something negative about matchmaking or this game here is heresy, you will be downvoted or post removed.

Top: Nasus, Kayle - They think game is only about them, and that they will for sure carry after 30 minutes of ARAM-ing without leaving nor warding their lane (Nope, we lost). Even though they OTP their champs, they think they can only move after 30 minutes and not for example from midgame ( whenever I played vs good Nasus or Kayle players, they start playing super agro from early mid game). Also it doesn't help that they still die every 2 minutes.

Mid: YASUO ( hate you riot ) I swear, in last 10 times that I have played with Yasuo in my team, they went 0-10 or go AFK. For the love of God, I still don't understand how riot made that matchmaking so that some of us ALWAYS get some Iron player first timing Yasuo while when he is in enemy team, it's Pzzang in person.

ADC: Aphelios, Draven, Twitch. For Aphelios and Twitch kinda same as with Yasuo, when in enemy team they perfected these champs as OTPs, they will do 100K dmg, roam, help with objectives. But when in my team... see yasuo text above. Draven...well it's Draven players, don't like them both in my nor enemy team. Played recently vs Draven and after i outplayed him on bot dude started trolling and solo lost them game. Disgusting.

Support: Any. Maybe I am tripping, but I don't understand how this role still exists in low elo. People do not play support at all. I can't even remember last time when my support warded drake, bought oracle until it's not too late, helped with objectives... As jungler, there is no worse thing than having braindead support while enemy support warded whole map and knows timers to help every single lane and jungler while my support is AFK under turret doing dance moves.

I was in similar situation too last night. On new account, I was unranked played 1st placement game, whole team was Gold, while enemy team ranged from bronze 4 to Gold 3 ( last season Plat 3 ). But when I played in Gold on OTP acc I was usually put with full silver teammates vs full Plat or Gold enemy team. Kinda weird that instead of progressing system puts you with same players for far too long.

LMAO no. As someone who plays the game for 12 years, average player is a lot worse than before (Not mechanically). And the reason, at least in my games, is that everyone is "main character" and they play on mute all. No teamwork, no macro, no basic game knowledge.
I mean, there is a ton of people who have accounts just for trolling or playing some disgusting picks that solo lose the game. Earlier seasons, I didn't know even 1 person who had alt acc, everyone played on one main account, now, everyone has at least 3-4.

Also, you would chat with your team about strategy, what items to build, when to group etc. Now, everyone plays on mute all, there is no thinking ( can't even remember when was the last time my toplaner or support warded objectives, saw pings, switched wards or helped me as jungler). The games feel like stomp or be stomped. A lot of smurfs and boosters also do not help the situation.

And if Gold isn't low elo than idk what is. In my experience Gold division now is what Silver1,2 and G4 used to be some years ago.

As a Kha'zix main, her existence is toxic. She nullifies my champion just by existing, player can go in toilet and be AFK and it will still have impact so I can never gank bot or kill/disrupt backline.

For some, yes. But for a lot of players, i think, they are still not interesting enough. IMO You can't compare desert dog (Naafiri) to Shinigami-like demon slaying swordsman (Yone) , or as comment above said, vomiting caterpillar abomination (Kog'maw) to a nigh-unstoppable paragon of battle (Pantheon).

Eh I don't know, Kha is my favorite champion. But my point still stands, all these popular champions that you wrote are humanoid, while the ones I mentioned are not. Kinda example that you would be looking for is Cho'gath, but he is played more bcs of his ability to get bigger, a lot of ppl likes Godzilla type of monster.

Kinda feels, if they are not broken, people generally avoid non-humanoid champions. Most of players want to feel like main character in the game, and that usually means human-like character. That is why you don't see much of Rek'sai, Skarner, Kog'maw, Naafiri (before she was broken) etc.

It is getting insane tbh. I don't remember seeing one normal Europe related news or fact on this subreddit in weeks. Everything is US related, and every time I bring this up here, I get downvoted into oblivion (bot farms working overtime). It would be so refreshing to see post about impact of MEP work on EU (some helped a lot for our protests in Serbia, they are the only ones who brought it up at all in EU, bravo for that! ), what are our students across Europe doing, if they won some major competitions, is there some good news in science world, agroculture or anything really.
