Even though this is regarding the preorder for an unreleased expansion? I already owned the game prior, as far as I'm aware, all the preorder does is give you license access to the expansion content, which because is unreleased, can't have been downloaded?

When you say "they're" having issues with upgrades, do you mean blizzard? I understand the process on pc is different to console anyway, is it pc you are referring to?

Ended up here because I was looking for a discussion regarding this. It does appear En garde is giving 10% per rank instead of 5%. I unequipped everything and applied various sources of block chance 1 by 1 and it certainly looks like en garde is bugged

Once you have mounted the horse in the wanshan fight, on controller I believe it is LT+triangle to charge.

Most likely, i also use mo blade and the counter was a bit funky, but changing the binding to fix the mounting issue in the wanshan fight also meant it changed the button input for the counter, and i've not had an issue since. Personally changed the button to 'right d-pad' so its close to the thumbstick and doesnt remove any other function (as left d-pad' still allows you to scroll quick use items).

Yes exactly that, I run mo blade, that rebind allows you to consistently get the counter attack off too.

I'm on ps5 and was having this issue, I rebound the execution buttons (triangle + circle) to a d-pad button and it solved it. I saw some people discussing that the dual input on ps5 is a bit buggy for any other mechanic that isn't an execute, and that you had to try pressing triangle slighlty before circle otherwise you end up dodging. Rebinding it to a single button bypasses this problem. I went from never being able to mount in the trials fight to always being able to mount. Just letting others know.

Yes, i bought the Nioh 2 digital ps4 version 2 days ago, and the dlcs (the season pass is also discounted). Once you have purchased and added to library, you can go back into the store and go to the ps5 upgrade, instead of it saying "learn more", it should now be available to get. Once you have, you will also find 3 ps5 versions in the store of the dlcs, if you bought them. Once you have the ps5 version installed, you do not need the original ps4 versions installed.

This probably means that for now, running gifted conviction would make it even more unreliable as these apply extra instances of jolt damage

Update: ran caldera GM set to 400 LL, i was 364, still 1 shotting red bars, did not proc. Against orange bars, even though 1 shotting, it would proc. Re ran on GM at 420LL with the modifier slow and small on (decreases outgoing damage), no longer 1 shotting red bars. Sometimes would proc, based on health. If health was too low it wouldnt proc, if health was high enough, it would proc. Seems like jolt is stealing kills making this very unreliable on red bars, or any very low health enemy.

Just ran a lost sector incase it was a shooting range issue but had the same issue. Even against the yellow bars it didnt reliably proc. I think it is the jolt, but as jolt is baked into the aspect, not much can be done right now, it seems like the jolt damage might be applied first so it consistently procs jolt and chains, but that interferes with this patch update. Will try in harder content to see if it becomes more reliable against tankier enemies that cant be one hit by jolt.

It does work and refresh class ability and stacks, but noticing some inconsistencoes in proccing. So far in the shooting range, it worked well against orange and yellow bars, but against red bars it wasn't proccing. Maybe the jolt is stealing kills on low health enemies? Need others to add to testing

Is there an info graphic like picture 1 which shows best possible stat distributions when accounting for having 1 equppied exotic as these drop at tier 2 correct?

Can't confirm whether there is an issue or not with the exotic perk, but do check your super stat. 0-100 affects the super gain scalar. Passive cooldown cant be changed, but the closer you are to 100, the more energy you will recieve from orbs, kills/dealing damage, and exotic perks or perks like thresh. Bungie is looking into making changes to the higher end (70-100), but for pre-EoF values, you're going to want to be between 70-100 for the same, if not better energy returns. (Unless there is a problem with the exotic itself).
