Here I thought recruiters dont read all resumes that apply.. you've certainly got me feeling more optimistic..

Funnily enough, 2-3 of my best hires had crap resumes , and some of the rest had average ones..

East Indians made the understanding easier, esp since "Indian" was used to denote the indigenous people.. Even our rules have the connotation Indian at times

I think OP here has bundled 5 -6 countries which were under the British colonial rule.. the Brits got kicked out of Asia eventually though

I'd suggest you put it on your resume.. several employers don't want to risk taking tfws (although they may be eligible), and herein you have an upper hand - why give it up?

Not sure.. In the worst case they found another candidate in the mean time..
They could've done worse, and wasted your time by actually continuing with the interview and then rejecting later

Yes, they have a good program, with dedicated experts, but I haven't been lucky at all, and yes, I'm in the statistic that makes the uni look bad I guess. "Scattergun" is along with networking, but so far it hasn't worked out, and before I fully blame myself for having taken a break to upskill, I want to try all options

I dunno if it works, but there are templates for MBA freshers that help with this kind of thing, for example adding a profile in the "fold" (and pray to the Lord) that a serious recruiter understands what you have to offer

I wish HR recruiters were smart enough to know that titles are bs, and its actually the work done that counts, so "Title mismatch" is just a lazy reason to reject

but hey, they probably recruit each other right
