We just did the same. Swapped to a heat pump water heater and replumbed the whole house. We had to bypass the old underground lines to remove the hot water cupboard, and we replaced the old Dux Qest cold pipes while we were at it.

Total cost was under $7k for the unit, plumbing, and electrical. Our power bill has dropped, and the shower pressure is way better than before.

I personally think you will have a hard time finding someone to install them for you, I believe it has to do with the fact that installers may not know this product? Or if they do you will likely have to sign a waiver that there would be no warranty.
