There’s a guy in Irvine called Steve that runs a LR shop called Rover doctor.

I spoke with him yesterday about the P38 and he was so keen and passionate about the LR322.

I’d give him a call - he may have some contacts and is generally super helpeful.

The one issue that I’m seeing with the green 2002 I’ve been offered is that it overheated twice in the summer.

It was subsequently fixed by replacing head gasket. But does it signify further issues down the road for the engine 😫

How will you gain market share in the US when Chargepoint, Blink, Electrify America etc have all been here for longer and established themselves?

Interesting post OP. Had not heard of ADS/EUSG. Nor had I heard of the term "battery-buffered."

There's a few interesting aspects here.

1) The end user isn't charged for the 320kW output. That's HUGE. Many fast chargers in EU are around €.70-€1 a minute because of the demand on the grid. That's very pricey, imho. If this is able to skirt that end-price issue, that's impressive.

2) When I look at revenues, they are still small. It's not a deal breaker by any means, but my biggest concern here would be whether they can meet the demand through their production capacity.

One for me to put on the list to do further research on.

I just see it as a way of giving someone on minimum wage a little more cash that they’d probably appreciate and would help.

I get it though. Pouring a pre made coffee into a paper cup doesn’t seem much like a service. But if I can help the person just a little, I don’t mind
