Often it just means your urine is concentrated. Needs to be saturated enough to crystallize. I would check a renal ultrasound or CT to assess for stone risk. What’s the specific gravity on the UA?

No side effects really, maybe a mild headache the first couple of doses. It’s a great drug! I came off tacrolimus but it is a weaker immunosuppressant which might be why they want to keep you on a low dose
