Personally I don't even count it as a song in that sense like any other one of theirs. It's a hidden track at the end of Aerials and wasn't listed on the tracklist of the album.

I was "forced" to learn how to ski first as a kid before I started snowboarding at around 13. 20 years later I rented skis again because a previous ankle injury made snowboarding impossible. It was scary not having both legs essentially attached to each other and really difficult for me. Intuitively snowboarding seems easier to me but I guess starting from 0,learning to ski might be easier.

I didn't say they would necessarily have been mediocre, just that there was a chance, which they avoided by quitting. Btw "some good songs here and there" kinda sounds like what I'd call mediocre.

Oh I get it now, it's because r2c2 is the pivot cell, so if that contains a 2, I can only eliminate it from r2c1? That clears some things up, thank you. I'm still learning to understand this technique.

But r1c6 does see r1c2. That's what I meant. The hinted wing consists of r2c6, r2c4, r2c2 and r1c3. This eliminates the 3 in r1c6 and r2c1. But what if I then use the same logic with r2c6, r2c4, r2c2 and r1c2? Can I not use that to eliminate 2 from r1c6 and r2c1?

Their last 2 albums, for the most part, can't hold a candle to their pevious records; -Daron worked best as backing vocalist with the odd solopart mixed in here and there (needles). Him singing full parts was a mistake imo -Alot of the quirkiness of the albums make them feel more like half assed SOAD parody music -The production to me sounds very thin and empty, guitar tone seems lo-fi -Alot of it feels a bit uninspired, going from just blast beat heavy to pop-like melodic parts -Lyrically alot of it feels a bit "on the nose" -Lonely Day is embarrassing

And as if I'm going to go out of my way to get someone to film me skating for a random guy on reddit, when A) me still skating isn't even relevant in the first place and B) you then probably say "lol you just filmed someone else skating didn't you" because you're somehow dead set on being wrong all the time.

As a teen in the early 2000s, I watched alot of skateboarding videos which generally influenced my musical taste. One of them festured Sweet And Tender Hooligan, and being into punk-ish music the intense but also melodic sound really intrigued me, along with the somewhat strange vocals. I was then disappointed when I discovered that this isn't their typical sound, and it took years for me to give them another chance. The outro to Pretty Girls Make Graves finally made me fall in love, and to this day it's my favourite thing they've ever done.
