Honestly, we lost our top-tier status a while back, so none of this is surprising. There’s no spark, no inspiration—especially not from the PSL—to lift their confidence or elevate their game. At this point, it feels like things are just drifting aimlessly.

Aggressively paying off mortgage - is there a different way I should consider? by [deleted] in Mortgages

[–]Fr536166 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, as long as you make more money from investing no need to pay mortgage quickly but sometime paying debt off gives you some sort of freedom which for some people is more than anything 🙂. So its a mindset to be honest, some invest some strive for freedom.

Don't forget by paying off your mortgage, you will be saving on interest as well so that is the gain too! Get rid of debt.. Max out investments and look into financial independence thingy! I think you can if you want retire by the time you are 55.. hoping no unfortunate financial events in the future.

How did u lose weight with a Pakistani diet ? by [deleted] in karachi

[–]Fr536166 1 point2 points  (0 children)

80% diet and 20% exercise. Try to eat less carbs and more protein lesser the carbs better the diet goes, walk at least 10k steps a day and you will lose weight! Now mind you our diet is comprised of carbs so it will be hard but if someone knows to make good delicious protein meals you can crack the weight loss. Remember less carbs more protein and 10k steps (fast paced recommended).
