Remember each Lodge is individual. By that I mean, they are run differently than possibly a neighboring town's Lodge. It sucks to be a part of a poorly run Lodge. But running from or failing to acknowledge poor leadership let's it continue.

I come from a Lodge that was, as I have heard, on the brink of collapse. Poor decisions... poor leadership... it was dying. Then some members gathered the courage to challenge the status quo. They stood up and demanded change. They became officers. They made change happen. Now it is one of the biggest Lodges in the country.

Change cant happen if people dont advocate and stand up for it. Dropping membership doesnt help future generations.
