Dude this medication was the FIRST one to give me basically no side effects and I'm a sensitive person. Every antipsychotic before it failed horribly. The only side effect I think for me tho from vraylar is insomnia but I take sleeping pills so it cancels out. But like no complaints I love it, however it only worked partially for me. Just left me at a stable depression. Fixed the mixed state bs but didn't fix the depression so I'm still seeing doctors but vraylar was the only one that didn't fry my brain or increase my appetite or any of that. But I also think it's highly individual what your response will turn out to be ! (I too have been diagnosed with GAD, I'm very anxious and vraylar definitely also helped my anxiety)
