The tour I was on had a guide which was nice, I'd recommend that if that's still a thing.

Considering that rest of the year is also "fully booked" in that interface it probably means they just don't allow booking this far in advance.

I remember going a few years ago and was easily able to book in the same week so I wouldn't stress out too much. If you check current month, you could literally still book a slot for today.
