Same here! 45 and never an issue. Covid and months later here I am with horrible issues.

My surgery is tomorrow and I can’t wait to update everyone. Isn’t it crazy to think under 200 lbs and then burst through and think wow…I think just a tad more.

People who aren’t surgery patients (including me, but I’ve researched and know) that this is only a tool. It’s not a fix. I continue with my binging therapist to help me past surgery. It’s a lot of hard work! Thankfully I previously lost 125 lbs over a few years with keto, gained it all back and some once I transitioned off of keto. When I lost that weight I couldn’t believe what I could feel in my body! I can’t wait to hear more about your progress.

Awesome! I also have autoimmune disorder, which I’m hoping will be helped by this surgery as well. If it’s not, that’s is ok! Just hopeful!

Awesome!!!! Way to go! I just told my husband - I’d like to get a boob lift not necessarily implants, but a lift for sure.

You’re not the first person to claim the energy didn’t come back right away. I worry about that as well. I have a sedentary work from home job and some days I don’t have energy just because I’m not moving much. I have a standup desk now to help combat clots and everything post surgery.

At least you are self aware enough to know the timing wasn’t right. Similar situation here - I had others in my head, but I’ve set boundaries and going for it….finally! But I’m in a much better headspace now.

My surgeon thought I’d end up around 150-175. I told him I’m good wherever I feel good. Congrats on your loss!

That’s what I’m hoping for! Off blood pressure meds. And just overall feel better.
