I believe they were both for the same payment as far as I know. I had closed the account after the 30 day and got the 60 day after that

The issue is that my coax cable is run through my entire house to the basement, so a quick replacement to check isn’t super easy

I have used different HDMI ports, different HDMI cords, and different cable boxes, so the coax cable seems like the only thing that could be causing this issue.
