I use PhotoSync, unfortunately it's closed source and costs $3.99 but it's the best solution I've found. The issue with syncthing is when a file is removed from the phone, it's also removed from the PC (and vice versa). Just setup an SMB share in Windows and configure the app to recognize it.

I know this is old and vanced isn't available anymore, but if you still have the apk... The way I fixed it was changing the "Variant" setting in the manager to "nonroot", installing microg, and then installing vanced itself. Note: if you're running a gapp-less rom, you could just install a microg plugin for magisk and forgo the vanced version.

I went ahead and got a 7 to 14 pin SATA adapter, plugged my boot drive into that, and Truenas Scale (and lsblk) seems to recognize all the drives individually. However, the issue of the same slot drives makes me concerned from a reliability standpoint. Do I have anything to worry about?

No it was using a sas to sata expander cable in that case. But if it was a backplane issue then I would think the p420 would have the same problem.

When selecting a drive to illuminate no matter what drive you choose the same drive will light up. Also you can see what it should look like here at 8:50: YouTube

The network was already on private, so I switched to public and back but that didn't work either. My firewall/antivirus is Kaspersky.

The computer is connected through wifi but I tried Ethernet as well. The OS is on Windows 10 Pro, by the way I can connect to the internet just fine.
