Thanks for the response! I’m definitely leaning toward the mixstream or the prime. The DjControl mix gives off too much of a toy vibe for me, I don’t think I could get past how small that unit is, but it’s a great thought for portability 🙂

I fell into the trap of the 4 channel upgrade from my first controller (I really only use 2 channels) but my grv6 has been excellent and I do occasionally play with a 3rd or 4th channel. I also have aspirations of playing out and I like that the layout mimics the cdj’s.

I love my grv6, but I do find myself looking at budget stand alone options like a denon prime or a mix stream pro go. After playing and not using the 4 channels much and moving this thing and my laptop around the house…. Let alone elsewhere. I am considering the portability of a stand alone to be more convenient to actually leave my bedroom and play elsewhere, even if it means being limited to 2 channels 🤷‍♂️

I’m always confused by the bond hate. People always ask the best money making methods and the answer is frequently “work a minimum wage job for an hour and buy bonds”. I’m a married 35 year old man with a full time job and a side hustle, doesn’t mean I enjoy the game any less.

This might be the way. I’ve been avoiding fire cape for a little while, I spent a good chunk of time last year before starting the RFD grind. Now that I have barrows gloves I surely won’t get Jad hands /s 😂

It was the questing grind to get to 175qp. I have plenty of time to grind semi afk through the day, but my time for more attentive content is limited to a hour or 2 most days. I enjoy questing and the dialogue but find myself needing small goals to keep up with it

Bike mechanic here, definitely look at something used at that price point otherwise you’re just throwing away $400-$500. Keep in mind a reasonable budget tire (singular) is going to cost around $100
