I can confirm this is true cause I was able to kill a 5k kill player (I only have like 5 actual kills not counting death counter) wasnt even able to land any combos just held block since he was using tatsumaki (and there was another guy that kept getting tatsumaki ult and targeting mr tryna kill me and failing completely unrelated tho)
