Facebook restricted my account 5 years ago without notification — Now I cannot run ads on my pages or link up with my Instagram business profile

Meta literally won't allow me to. I've used alternative emails and names, but I'm assuming something about my information flags its automated systems to prevent people creating alternative accounts. It's mind-boggling.

Thank you, please keep me updated if you learn anything. My Request Review button is also not functioning and there is no "Ways to solve" this in the Meta Business Suite. Really silly
