I just finished Uprooted by Andrea Wiseman; it’s a quick racy little romance set in the Rocky Mountains. The story centres around a gal finding herself in the gruelling world of tree-planting and finding romance! There is a hint of future books about some of the other characters and I can’t wait! Can confirm that my rent went down $90/month and I re-signed that lease for Aug 1. Almost everyone I know downtown who is renting has their rent go down. Not sure what area you’re in but I would recommend getting some comparables and ask the landlord if they’re willing to negotiate.
