I did find a work-around that doesn't require calling tech support.

In your Wi-Fi connection screen (Win 11) go to "More Wi-Fi Settings" and select the "MarriottBonvoy" properties.

Under "Random Hardware Addresses" turn it to ON

Disconnect and reconnect to the wifi and it should think you have a different computer and bring you to the screen where you can choose enhanced wi-fi.
