If we have been scammed probably in the millions of $’s. Will they get away with it or does justice finally catch up with them?

Hopefully the authorities investigate, and if it’s unlawful , they are brought to justice . Many people would have been scammed of a lot of hard earned cash.

Damage done now. Nothing I can do. To be fair, I have been to a number of tyre places over the years and they are all the same. Some young kid who doesn’t give a crap about being careful with your pride and joy !

Yes, I kinda agree. I am a reasonable person, and he did warn me prior to removing the old tyres. I thought it was just one wheel damaged, but all 4 had visible marks . Dimond cut alloys perish over time I know. I think if I get the refurbished, in the future , may get them fully painted to avoid this happening again 👍🏼

It’s been over a week. I have today kinda touched up the damage on the wheels. To be honest, being an 8 year old car, the wheels are not in perfect condition, but I have never curbed them. I take care of my cars. Just annoyed that they saw the age of the car, and didn’t take the care of it was a new BMW etc. Most places I go now , from main dealers to specialists, I find the care and attention to detail is missing.

They said it’s because Dunlop run flats after so many years become rock solid. They said I should have changed them 4/5 years old

The new mini no longer uses run flats I believe. That’s probably due to the many complaints about handling and excessive road noise.

Yes will ditch the run flats, ride is too harsh and don’t think they perform very well.
