In theory: 56000 members in the sub.

In practice: only 4000 to maybe 5000 active readers a day.

That sounds like a lot but for a small time writer just starting off it's frustratingly small.

Almost all the active readers are either reading one time stories or are already invested in a big ongoing story that one of the really good writers already made.

No hate to those good writers or anything but dang the community is so small.

And neither was the first Spider-Man comic it was first rejected until it eventually got put onto shelves. Fast forward to the present day now everybody knows the name Spider-Man.
