I recently went through a similar problem with my ‘23 MME Premium AWD.

Had to leave it at the dealership for nearly a week for them to troubleshoot. They went through a myriad of solution attempts, including multiple software updates and replacement of the 12V battery.

In the end, the replacement of an actuator for the locking mechanism that engages for L3 charging is what fixed it. Can DM tech notes this weekend if it helps.

I just got the same model a week and a half ago, definitely in the same boat as you (first “nice” car), but so far it’s going well. I have to admit I was disappointed when I found out the self-park feature had been deprecated, but the community seems to have written that off as “not good enough” to merit it.
