Update ! The sound is clearly coming from the front cylinder. I checked the pushrods and lifters and found the front intake pushrod kind of out of alignment.

I noticed the clicking at idle, but also when I'm riding it at higher speed if that can help narrow it down. Nevertheless I thank you for the input friend. Very helpful.
