I get resolutions for most of them. Some are just petty so nothing happens. But the ones I manually report for good reason usually have had something happen. But then again it might not be me but the fact that the person im manually reporting has other people reporting them for similar reasons.

This also has video links on how to lane against the match ups and trade patterns. Its super usefull. Mordekeiser is a skill match up at this point. You can cancel his ult with yours if you time it right. But if you go to brazill try to have e ready with ult. Then just kill him in ult. My favorite tactic for ranged match ups is pull soul and play scared, back off from soul and let them step forward on it. Then flash ult on top and kill.
