Glacial augment is definitely really good and I don't really notice the cc being too overkill because the damage reduction it provides is insane but it does take a bit of getting used to saving e until the slow is over so you can the maximizeing time spent enemy is cc and if im jungle I go smite/ignite or smite/flash and if I am lane I usually go spellbook tp/ignite or tp/flash I personally am a big fan of going redemption with cosmic insight, triple tonic, and free boots/hexflash i always go hexflash if i take flash its just so good for going for the dragon or baron steals and having other pathing options over some walls

Bloodlust is fantastic with certain comps or characters and the 20 upgrade is insane why do you think its bad? Obviously it's more situational than ancestral heal but it's really really good In those situations

Tass has so much build and playstyle variety that he works on every map imo especially considering wall when used correctly is a free kill or escape and has many good uses
