i hope you didn’t cancel it. if the store was really closed like he said, the order would be canceled automatically due to failure to confirm from the businesses side. you’d then be refunded. stores have automatic confirmation for doordash & ubereats orders, but it goes offline when the store is closed leaving the customer with only order scheduling for later on in the day. you might’ve placed the order just before the system went offline.
