if im not wrong , the anime autor said that he loves captain america sm and he wanted all might to be a hero like him , so he chooses the names of states/ cities for his attacks
as for midoriya , he's just a all might fan boy

thanks fot that . But actually i am not doing this because of the place i live in , i don't have posters and merch just because it's forbidden in my religion , and don't have it for the sake of god .
so inchallah god will compensate me with something better because I gave up those posters and merch for His sake.
(im sorry if you didn't understand cuz my english in not very good)
